I was born and raised in Ulaanbaatar, Mongolia. I received the BSc. degree in Automation of Thermal Process from the Mongolian University of Science and Technology Ulaanbaatar, Mongolia, and the MSc. degree in Automation of Thermal Process from the Mongolian University of Science and Technology Ulaanbaatar, Mongolia. I received my Ph.D degree from the North China Electric Power University Beijing, China.
